A. Drugs with positive inotropic effect.
B. Drugs without positive inotropic effect.

A. Drugs with positive inotropic effect:
(cardiac glycosides)
Digoxin
Digitoxin
Gitoxin.

(phosphodiesterase inhibitor)
Amninone
Milrinone


(B-adrenoreceptor stimulant)
Dopamine
Dobutamin.

B. Drugs without positive ionotropic effect:
(Diuretics)
Thiazide
Frusemide
Metolazone.

(Vasodilators)
ACEI  --- Captopril
               Enalopril
               Lisinopril
Nitrates --- Nitroglycerine
Hydralazine and minonidil
Prazosine
B-receptor blocker--- Carvedilol.
